By booking a service with Vic's Custom Detailing, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
1.our Commitment to You
• We at Vic's Custom Detailing aim to provide top-quality mobile detailing services.
• To ensure a smooth experience, we ask that you follow the policies outlined below.

2. Personal Belongings
• Please remove all valuables and personal items from your vehicle before we arrive.
• We'll clear out trash as part of our service, but we're not responsible for anything left behind.
•We do not hook car seats back up for safety concerns. 

3. Pricing and Payment
• Prices depend on your vehicle's size, condition, and the services you choose.
• Payment is due in full after the service is completed.
• We accept cash or Zelle only.
• If extra work is needed (e.g., for heavy dirt or stains), we'll discuss and agree on any additional costs beforehand.

4. Booking and Cancellation
• Book your appointment online, and we'll confirm the details with you.
• Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment if necessary.
• If we need to cancel or reschedule (e.g., due to weather), we'll let you know and set a new time at no extra charge.

5. Vehicle Condition
• Our services are cosmetic only—we focus on detailing, not mechanical or structural fixes.
• We're not responsible for any pre-existing issues with your vehicle.

6. Customer Responsibilities
• Vehicle Access: Make sure your vehicle is in a safe, accessible spot with room for us to work.
• Personal Items: Clear out all valuables and belongings before we start.
• Safe Environment: Provide a hazard-free area (e.g., no loose pets or obstacles).
• If these aren't met, we may delay or cancel the service.

7. Service Guarantee
• Not happy with our work? Let us know within 48 hours, and we'll fix any issues related to our service at no extra cost, as long as the vehicle hasn't been heavily used or changed since we finished.

8. Right to Refuse Service
• We can refuse or reschedule if your vehicle's condition poses a risk to the team or equipment (e.g., biohazards, excessive mold).
